Mr. Steele brings over 25 years' experience as a corporate manager at several of the largest Fortune 500 Companies in U.S., with general experience in employment law, compliance, operations, and policy.  Mr. Steele has a boutique law practice - he takes a small number of local clients and works closely with them to achieve the results desired.  Mr. Steele has experience in probate, complex estates and trusts, commercial contracts / drafting, and property transactions.

Mr. Steele routinely volunteers at Birmingham Community Kitchens, which is a daily soup kitchen sponsored by the Alabama Diocese of the Episcopal Church.  He also works pro bono on voting rights and human rights issues and is a Professor of Laws at Birmingham School of Law, teaching 1L Legal Research and Writing, and 3L Study Skills / Bar Testing and Preparation.

Mr. Steele is an avid gardener, likes to ride bicycles, loves the beach, and along with his wife, lives in Chelsea, AL with their three children, a boisterous little dog, and one snarky cat.
